Manuel Gutiérrez

Manuel is a Colombian community organiser who works as the regional coordinator for a Canadian non-profit, Civix. Colombia has urban and rural community councils, and Manuel has played an important role in modernising processes within them. He has also played a key role in motivating a new generation of young leaders to participate in them.
